While maintaining components of the Trinitario cocoa, the predominant flavor profile is that of the Criollo cocoa. This cocoa stands out for its delightful aromas, progressive lightness, fruity notes and low acidity. Its properties allow a splendid tasting of pleasant, soft and delicate flavors.
